Through hard work and important investments, they’ve developed a student centric approach, in which their needs and aspirations are part of a support system that permeates every process and decision.

“Mi Alma Matters” was a campaign idea brought on by
a deep dive, that included dozens of one to one interviews
with students and faculty, data mining, careful observation
and a distillation of insights that were summarized
in a two sided strategy:

A new relationship with education on this generation
Education and youth’s role in the morale of Puerto Rico

“Mi Alma Matters” was a campaign idea brought on by a deep dive, that included dozens of one to one interviews with students and faculty, data mining, careful observation and a distillation of insights that were summarized in a two sided strategy:

Based on our findings and the campaign delivery, UAGM has adopted “Mi Alma Máter” as the organization’s official motto. And campaign music has become the sports anthem for the many sports teams, such as basketball, track, volleyball, etc.

Through “Mi Alma Matters”, there’s finally a brand message that unifies and transmits to everyone a powerful sense of purpose in a way deserving the hard work and passion UAGM staff and students have for their university.

Heck, when you see your campaign catchphrase on the team mascot
and uniform, you know you did something right.
